Pooyan Ordoubadi is the co-chair of Abandon Biden in North Carolina. He is a criminal defense and immigration attorney, currently representing several students arrested on college campuses, who were requesting that their university divest from Israel. He also served on the legal team to ensure that the Green Party retained ballot access in 2022 and 2024. This is where he was able to see, first-hand, the voter suppression carried out by the North Carolina Democratic Party to undemocratically remove a third party from the ballot
