This past week, we witnessed a coordinated attack and smear campaign targeting third parties in general, and the Stein-Ware ticket in particular, by several members and public supporters of the Democratic Party. Their desperation is evident, and their tactics are predictable.
What we are witnessing is a relentless assault on third parties without any willingness to listen to the voices of these candidates or the people they represent—especially those in the Arab and Muslim communities, who have made their frustrations clear.
Recent polls reveal an undeniable truth: third parties, particularly the Stein-Ware ticket, are rapidly gaining ground, surpassing the Harris-Walz ticket within the Muslim-American electorate in key swing states. This surge in popularity, coupled with the Democrats’ disastrous internal polling, has thrown their party into a state of panic. The reality is, they knew as early as November 2023 that this shift was coming, but they chose to ignore it, hoping the storm would pass.
We made it clear back in late 2023 and early 2024: this is not, as some DNC strategists have arrogantly labeled it, a “temper tantrum.” This is a movement. And we warned them—we will not forget their crimes come November. Now, the Democratic Party is realizing that we are willing to do what they are not: keep our promises.
We stand unwavering with Claudia De la Cruz, Dr. Cornel West, Dr. Jill Stein, and every person who has had enough of the current, broken system. Despite the relentless attacks, mockery, and smears, we are pushing forward. The status quo is no longer an option, and no amount of bad-faith campaigns will silence us.
